Shattered Glass Shipping and Refund Policies

 

Shipping policy - Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (not including weekends, sales, holidays).

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. You will receive email notifications on all Pre-Order items. 

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

• USPS Mail: $7.00 (5-7 business days)

• USPS Expedited mail: $12.00 (2-3 business days)

• Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $100.00 using the code: "FreeShip".

• Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.

Available shipping methods for international orders include:

Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)
United Kingdom - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)
All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

Please note that Shattered Glass Press ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Shattered Glass Press and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Shattered Glass Press, we will not resend your package and instead issue store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Shattered Glass Press is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
